As always, Black & Light Ball is a glow-tech and black light intensive
faux-formal springtime Burning Man project fundraiser where all
fabulousness is welcome. To play along with this year’s theme, BLB 2018
spoofs and celebrates the blockchain dreamers, innovators and hucksters,
working on this brighter future while taking creative license with all best
case scenarios no matter how unlikely. Think creative black tie of the
future where Levitation Boots, X-Ray goggles, Video Fashions
and all far-out ideas are encouraged!

KultKoin is a (mock) conscious creative culture value system that is mined through good deeds
exemplifying Burning Man’s ten principles. Soft Launching at BLB18, participants will be able to mine
the hot-off-the-presses, brand new, first edition KultKoin(tm) through the execution of a
variety of creative, silly or useful acts. Be inspired, be afraid, be crazy like a fox and
get in on the ground floor of the stealth IKO of the season.

Black & Light Ball #13 is Kostume Kult’s annual May Burning Man project
fundraiser encouraging, highly creative, faux-formal, springtime, glowing
electronic or black-light reactive fashions. Kostume Kult (Costume Cultural
Society) is a non-profit arts org supporting costume art, street theater
and mad fun while bringing wonderful people together.
